We are completely thrilled to share our next Foodtography School Student Spotlight, Monique from @peaches2peaches!
Monique is a full-time food photographer, blogger, and recipe developer at her blog, Peaches 2 Peaches living in New York state. She enrolled in Foodtography School because she wanted to get serious about food photography as her future.
“My pictures were terrible! I was using an iPhone and had no idea what I was doing! So, I invested in a DSLR and in Foodtography School. I figured I better learn about food photography if I wanted to get serious with it.”

Since taking Foodtography School, Monique has landed some majjjjj partnerships. “I have a recurring monthly contract with Trade Street Jam Co., Sprinkle Pop, as well as several paid collabs with Eagle Brand Milk and Wilton Cakes. I’ve been featured on The Bake Feed, Kitchn, and Taste Makers. I’m also working on a project with Tasting Table and just became a Calphalon brand ambassador!” INCREDIBLE, Monique!
If you’re just getting started with food photography, her advice is to NEVER . STOP . LEARNING, “Never stop learning. never stop studying food photography. at times, it can feel overwhelming but stick to the process. You will find what works for you. Practice new techniques and never give up because one day it WILL pay off.”
